After the race

Well, that was my first TNF100. I just wanted to say thankyou to everyone, including the organisers of the race, as well as all the runners and their assorted support crews. everyone i had contact with was so friendly and encouraging.
all my worries about getting lost turned out to be a waste of energy due to the hundreds of fluroescent markers waving in the wind! the checkpoint staff who cheered us into each check point were very encouraging, the fruit buns, a life saver. even the prize giving ceremony was entertaining (they usually aren't), and my "birthday" sunnies was very thoughtful, thanks.
Not sure if i will go again next year, but you never know, once the pain wears off....
p.s - a special thanks to kiwi Amy for seeing me through those last dark (long) km's. We got the belt buckle!!
