Hi All,

was wondering if anyone has any tips for recovery from the flu. 1 week out and I've spent the weekend on the couch, trying to recover in time for the race. Have done the km's, pumped to run but not going anywhere if I still feel like this in 5 days time.
Any advice??

Stay on the couch, have plenty of fluid, vitamin C, zinc and maybe some olive leaf extract (high in antoxidants).
You should be fine by then!
All the best
