Summit Gear Open Late this Friday!!

G'day runners,
Summit Gear Katoomba will be open late Friday night until about 8pm for last minute purchases - thermal underwear, gloves, rain jackets, shoes (!!?! don't laugh - someone always forgets their shoes ..... ) .....

And as an extra special TNF100 extravaganza, this Thursday night we are excited to have in store Kilian Jornet and the Salomon International trail running team! Come along for an interesting movie event, and gear session, and we'll have some killer deals available on the night !

Weather in Katoomba has been cold and clear - cloudless nights sending temps down towards zero. DON'T UNDERESTIMATE COLD ! Once you are in the shade its freezing !

Might see y'all Thursday night. Is always great to get those little words of wisdom from the gang at the sharp end... The winner of TNF100 in 2008 Andrew Kormar taught us how to double knot shoe laces. Never have had to stop since to redo a shoe lace.
