15th Friday Training run from CP4-CP5-Finish

Hi,
First time posting! Looking to see if anyone is interested in a night run this Friday? Looking to leave Nth Ryde approx. 4:30pm, water drop @ CP5, leave the car at the finish and cab to CP4 to start. Last year was a 19.5Hr finisher for anyone gauging pace, will be a slowish hit out. Any interest please contact me. SteveD

I live in and work in Lilyfield finish about 3pm so could meet you at North Ryde, finished last year in 18.5 hrs so times would be prefect.

Looks like you might have a tag along if I can get out of work on time. Live in Summer Hill so just near you Adrian and no-idea of a running pace since this is my first TNF100.

I thought it was good. It makes a great companion piece to the original film. I was surprised by how much detail went into tying this in with Carpenter's film.
