Many people reading this will already know about Sunday, April 11 at Kedumba Pass - NSW Mountain Running Championships. The 10km is the longest option and goes up Kedumba which is probably worth visiting at 7a.m. before TNF, considering most of us (assuming we get a transfer if still needed....) are going to be hitting it in dark night and a little wobbly. Your legs need long hills, may as well go up one during an organised event, eh?
