Recovery from Operation

I am in the unfortunate position of having my training interupted by a hospital stay. The gory details are an infected foot and skin graft (small) requiring 9 days in hospital.
The healing has been great but I probably won't be running for another week. I am planning on doing a lot of Pilates and myo that won't stress the foot.
Any tips (I would love someone to have a hyperbaric chamber in Melb. to use!)?
Thanks
Adam

Hey Adam, that sounds pretty serious.
One suggestion would be to get a bike and ride it up lots and lots of hills. Then try and get some running in when your foot is ready.
Good luck!
