No turning back now...
«

Just entered and wondering what has happened to my sanity. I think I left it on the six foot track that I did on the weekend. Blame it on a lingering runners high but here I am!! Also blame it on my friend Claire for encouraging me as I hobbled into work this morning worse for wear!
Is anyone else backing up from 6 foot, and if so what is your training plan from here on in? Figuring I'll have a rest and get back into it next week and hope I'll feel ok. I think I need to concentrate more on walking hills, found that legs were suffering on those hills on the weekend. Not much time to muck around-nine training weeks till the big day! Any advice appreciated...I've only done one marathon before and 1st 6 foot on the weekend so this all unknown territory. Exciting but unknown...
