Backpack/Drybag question

Hi Tom, I am using a Salomon XA 25 WP pack whose main compartment is waterproof and has a waterproof zipper at the top. It is then rolled over and clipped down like a drybag. My question is do I still need a drybag as part of compulsory equip, no big deal if yes.
