I am in the Eastern Suburbs but keen to mix it up a little so getting down South or North is no problem. After last year I realize the more hills and steps the better!

when are you running from manly to newcastle steve? sounds pretty insane. i live in neutral bay. furthest ive run so far is 52km so i might not be quite up to standard yet.

Im at Balgowlah northern beaches, I did north face last year and I have just started back into training but have not yet registered this year, I hear places are filling up fast!!
I try and fit in a long run on Sunday mornings, usually kicking off about 6am, although probably starting earlier this sunday 7th Feb due to family commitments
I usually beging at Manly dam on King St (Manly Vale), or Seaforth oval on Wakehurst Pk way (Seaforth) ...Plenty of trails around there and would probably be looking at covering about 28kms or 3hrs in the bush this sunday morning.
Time and distances will be extending as the weeks go by
More the merrier so if anyone is interested ?

Hey guys, I am in Manly and would also be keen to hook up for some weekend runs. I have done a few Ironmans but this is my first ever ultra (well 6ft track doesn't really count as an ultra does it?). I'm running from Manly to Bondi this weekend and doing the North Bondi Classic ocean swim if anyone is interested in coming along you can get a lift back to the Northern Beaches with my girlfriend who will be meeting me there for the swim.
