My pack is a 25litre pack and last year it was filled to the brim with all of the mandatory gear and food/fluid. I had 2 x 2litre camel packs which may have been over kill, this year I'll have a 3litre bladder. Used it in training for months so the weight (around 6kgs) wasn't an issue on race day. Others may have other suggestions though.
